SHIPPING
All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse in Greenville, MI. Charges for other services such as lift gates, non commercial deliveries, oversized pallets for tops 96″ and over, inside deliveries, and call before deliveries are the responsibility of the buyer and may be charged after the date of delivery.
FREIGHT CLAIMS
Legal title to product passes to the buyer upon acceptance by the carrier. All cartons must be carefully inspected upon delivery for visible and concealed damage. If concealed damage has occurred, the carrier must be notified within (5) days. All of our product is thoroughly inspected before it leaves the warehouse, therefore it is the buyer’s responsibility to seek recourse against the carrier if the above guidelines are not followed.
